Everything was immaculate, we had fun filled 1 day here. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Besides, the area was special, next to dj's nite club.
Its breakfast certainly could be was n't included in the stay.

Rooms and the food. All was cool.
In general, the hotel was very clean. Lake George is so close to the property. Also, we were able to visit wax' n' wix, that was 1 mile from the hotel. Services included free Wi Fi.

We had views of the lake. The room was outstanding and we truly enjoyed the stay. Local fast food option Sahara Gyro was 15 minutes walk away. Unique base for exploring Lake George.
Don’t have any issues at all!

The service was great, nice pool, great location, Thrusday night fireworks, bar and happy hour on patio/bar service at pool, convenient to boardwalk, safe in room.
When we arrived, the room they had ready for us was not what was promised. The room they had reserved for us was a king bed. We were supposed to have a king bed with a pull out sofa. Water pressure in the room was poor.

The staff was professional. The grounds and setting were excellent. The fourth of Juloy fireworks were outstanding.

Location
1 The misleading information provided about in-house restaurants and availability or non-availability of meals, and the impossibility of getting this sorted out. 2 The bizarre serving-hatch, through which one could observe one's partner in the bathroom!

Nice view of the lake
Big difference beetween the main hotel rooms and the "motel" rooms. Be sure to know what you are getting before you reserve. You see pictures of a $250 a night room, but its advertised as $160. When you arrive, the $160 a night room is cinderblock walls and crappy furnishings. For $250 a night, I'd go to the Sagamore. Also, the hotel honors Booked.net reservations, but will not help you at the front desk if you want to upgrade or change.

Carmen the receptionist tried to make our stay more comfortable
Heating/aircond unit very noisy - could not turn it off hotel was hosting rap bands - hotel almost full of teenagers much pot smoking At first offered back room overlooking car park when we had reserved a premium twin room with mountain view. Carmen found a similar room to that we had booked but it was not a twin Restaurants shut - other facilities full of rap bands - very noisy 2 nights - on first night a fight in the next room apparently resulted in hospitalisation of victim and police were called As so many rooms were let to rappers or band members it would have been far fairer not to book other guests at this time

Hotel Staff. We asked for a new room, for a better view, and they did it with a smile, no problem at all! Very kind staff at the restaurant too. And the spot : The view (right in front of the lake) is fantastic and you walk to the main street in... 30 seconds.
If anything, some infrastructures (like the pool area) need to be refreshed.

View from the hotel's main patio
Noisy. Room I got was not what the ad/website indicated. What we got was a motel 6 equivalent stay. Dining room was closed for a private function.

The location was the best. The historic aspect of the location was particularly enjoyable. The dining and activity facilities were excellent. The staff was helpful and polite.
We had a budget room. The beds were too soft. There were gummy worms (not ours) under the bed. There were some spider webs. The bathtub did not drain.

Great location, nice facilities and although not the cheapest hotel in the area, definitely a good value.
Taxes and a facility fee brought the rate up about $30 a night more than the initial rate, but unfortunately that's the same at most hotels.

Central location. Scenic view from pool. Lovely breakfast experience in restaurant.
Motel room needs updating.
